Setun Labs is a small independent lab building AI that runs on hardware you own, not in someone else's data center. This site is our front door: what we stand for, and what we're working toward.
One rule carries

Your questions, your files and your accounts stay with you. If a product ever offers to connect a paid cloud AI, you plug it in yourself, and the software shows you every request before it leaves. We work in three arms, every one of them in development:

Three stars.
One line.
Our mark is Orion's Belt: three stars in a straight line, the only fixed geometry in a sky of scattered light. They have been called the Three Kings, the Girdle, the String of Pearls. We do not use them as ornament. We use them as a reminder of what we are.
THE GIRDLE Mechanism before scale. Orion is a hunter dismembered across the sky. Without the belt, the arms and legs drift apart. Without the mechanism, the lab is just parameters and hope. The belt is not the brightest part of the constellation. It is the part that makes the constellation coherent. We build the belt first. Everything else hangs from it.
THE STRING OF PEARLS Refutation over abandonment. Osiris is murdered, scattered, lost. Isis recovers the pieces. The missing fragment is replaced by something perfect and artificial. On the third day the body is whole. This is not miracle. It is protocol: test, kill, rebuild, rerun. The string does not deny the breaking. It presumes it. The only terminal state is understanding.
THE BELT One domain, zero doubt. Orion does not hunt everything. He hunts specific prey, across specific seasons, with specific weapons held by the belt. The belt is what he reaches for. It is what keeps the sword and shield from falling into the dark. We do not build generalists that are occasionally right about everything. We build specialists that cannot be wrong about one thing. The domain is the boundary. The boundary is the strength.
⬢ THE LINE THEY FORM // Three stars. One line. Not because they are close, but because they align across immense distance. That alignment is the lab. Each principle is a star, independent and distant. Together they point in one direction. Remove any star and the line dissolves. Remove any principle and the lab is just noise. Orion rises and sets. The line remains.
